New Radio Slave Transmitter RadioPopper
Friday, October 17, 2008 1:06I was waiting for something like this to show up. I use my pocket radio slaves to control my speedlights but have to figure the settings manually on each flash head.
With the new RadioPopper Transmitter, now you can control the flash output using the FEC (Flash Exposure Compensation) on your camera. The RadioPoppers intercepts the infraired signal from our digital SLR (if it has that function) and transmit the data via radio.
This is what is so cool about the Radio Popper Transmitter, that you can use the features of the eTTL/iTTl flash system built right into your Canon or Nikon to calculate the required output power of your slave flashes on the fly. This is a nice gizmo.
Here’s an updated video of the New Radio Popper PX JrX.
Price: $180 dlls
